Sometimes you just have to get yourself a little piece of happy. Mine usually comes in the form of purses or bags. I just love them, not sure why. Always have. Sometimes I get my hair cut or color it. Sometimes I get a new piece of clothing. But, usually, it's a new bag.

I shared recently I had been dealing with some depression and anxiety. I am still, but I am doing all the things I'm supposed to. Diet is okay. I'm working out 6 on, 1 off. It isn't always full assed, sometimes it's half-assed, but that's better than nothing right? I'm getting 8 hours of sleep at night. I'm hydrating pretty well. I'm taking my meds. I'm even spending a little time outside each day playing with the dogs. So... Yeah, sometimes that still doesn't fix it all.
I recently picked this up from Amazon and have been really pleased with it. It wasn't very expensive, as purses go, and it gives me that fresh, new feeling. The one that makes me feel like I have most of my sh!t together for a minute or two. It is a "hobo style" (apparently). I like the wide strap and how it fits under my arm closely but not too tight. It has plenty of room and lots of pockets, which I love. I also really loved the big hardware. Call me basic, but I was not into the minimalist look when shopping for this one. The Navy color was NOT intended to coordinate with my navy work scrubs. It was unintentional. But Oh well, at least I match now?
