My husband and I have made custom ornaments to offer our customers during the holidays for the last few years. We decided not to do a lot the 2020 holiday season with everything else going on. Miss Ava loves to craft and remembered making ornaments with us in previous years. She came to visit during this time and asked to make some. We pulled all the supplies out and did so. Then we ended up using all the rest of our supplies to make all the ornaments for families inpatient at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. We hoped it would bring a small smile to their faces and give them some hope knowing another patient helped make them.
